Changed your mind? Simply refund if you don't love it.
If you change your mind about the mattress you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or exchange the size of the mattress for you. You are eligible for refund after 14 days trial period.
Contact us to request a return or exchange. We do not charge shipping costs during the return or exchange process.
Customer should return all accompanied gifts and coupons together with the item for return. If customer cannot return the accompanies or the accompanies are used / damaged, the value of such accompanies will be deducted from the returned product.
