Therefore, we employ a multi-foam layers design to enhance the air permeability, giving you the perfect sleeping temperature. Besides, you can enjoy a 100 nights free trial program at home and save time in restless store visits.
No. We use the very latest packing and processing technology to guarantee the vacuum packing process will not damage the mattress in any way. We’re able to compress the mattress without affecting its core structure.
No. We use advanced vacuum compression technology to pack our mattresses to fit into a box. Once you release it from the box, it will expand and return to its original size and will not recompress back into the box.
We provide customized size services. If you have any enquiries, please contact our customer service staff for assistance.
Customized sizes are not available on the 100-night sleep trial plan.
Our mattress in a box can easily fit through tight spaces and doorways which makes it easier to carry and maneuver around your home.

Customers who place an order in the online store before 12 p.m. on the same day can arrange delivery for the next day
Next day delivery service is available in selected sizes only:

It depends on the inventory of product size. If we cannot arrange delivery the next day due to shortage, we will deliver it within 7-10 working days. Mattress Delivered to your home
- There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. The standard delivery time is from 12:00 to 7:00 pm. The delivery period is in 3-hour units.
- Two delivery days are required for the specified delivery time to facilitate logistics arrangements.
- Next Day Delivery Service processes orders one working day after the order time.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays
- Next day delivery service is not applicable to limited-time offers
- Delivery dates vary by region:

Rescheduled Delivery or Retrun:
- Call the Customer Service Hotline two working days or more to apply for an exemption of $300 in administrative fees.
- A $300 administration fee will be charged for rescheduling if you contact the customer services hotline one working day before. New Schedule will be arranged afterward.
Free shipping to a wide range of areas of Hong Kong. However, free shipping does not include outlying areas: An additional $100 is charged in Ma Wan and an additional $300 at Discovery Bay.
Please fill in the delivery information carefully before your payment. If delivery has been arranged, we may not be able to change your address. In any event, please contact us immediately with any changes and we will do our best to provide you with a solution.

We do our best to provide free delivery to our customers, but there may be some cases where additional delivery costs may be incurred, such as stairs and entrance fees. Therefore, we will waive the first $300 of stairs and village entrance fees, and the remaining balance will be charged to you by the delivery team during the delivery period.
Staircase fee: $80 per 7 stairs, please contact customer service for details.
How to set up my mattress?
Setting up the mattress is easy and quick.
We strongly recommend you to unpack your mattress within 1 month.

We recommend you to use sheets on top of your mattress and wash or change it frequently to keep your Zeo-Sleep mattress in a good condition.
You may base on your needs to purchase a protector with reputable brand to protect you from dust mite and other allergens.
Yes. Please turn your mattress top to tail every 6 months so as to ensure even wear.
How should the mattress be cleaned? We recommend that you use bed linen, which you can clean and change regularly to keep your mattress in good condition. To avoid affecting the durability of the mattress, do not place the mattress in the sun.
You can also choose to use our Zeo Pro waterproof Mattress protection pad to further protect your mattress.
Note: Mattress is not washable (including machine and dry cleaning).

Yes. However, if the second Zeo-Sleep is priced higher, we’ll process the price differential to you; if the second Zeo-Sleep is priced lower, you will get a refund on the price difference.
Kindly note that exchanging your mattress will void 100 nights trial for your second Zeo-Sleep mattress and you will not be eligible for a return.
No. We will never resold or resent the returned mattresses to customers. Those returned mattresses will give away to local charities, or any other professional recycling or disposal.
You don't need to keep cartons or boxes. When returning, keep the appliance and accessories clean and complete without tearing or any stains.
