Limited Warranty
- 8" Zeo Sleep bed: 10 years limited warranty
- 3” Zeo Lite Mattress: 3 years limited warranty
- Pillow: 1 year limited warranty
- Bed Frame: 1 year limited warranty
General Terms
- Warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the product.
- Warranty service is only valid if the digital receipt is presented.
- Door to door inspection service for warranted products will be provided in the first year at no cost, while HK$300 service fee would be levied starting from the second year (exclude Zillow).
- All door to door services are not applicable to outlying islands. Additional HK$100 will be charged for Ma Wan and Tung Chung while HK$300 is charged for Discovery Bay.
- Warranty does not cover for damages arising from failure to follow instruction relating to the product’s use.
Zeo-Sleep Mattress
10 Years Limited Warranty
Your new Zeo-Sleep mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery. This Warranty is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.
- Mattress dimensions (length, width and thickness) have a ±2cm tolerance due to elastic components. This tolerance is considered normal and not considered as a defective mattress.
- If mattresses sag more than 1.5" or above and unable to resile, customers can redeem a new mattress of the same model or grade at a depreciated price.
- If you make a valid claim under the guarantee within 10 year from the date of delivery, we will replace yours with a new Zeo-Sleep mattress subject to you paying a percentage of the original purchase price of the mattress as follows,
Year 1: 10%
Year 2: 20%
Year 3: 30%
Year 4: 40%
Year 5: 50%
Year 6: 60%
Year 7: 70%
Year 8: 80%
Year 9: 90%
Year 10: 99%
*Usage less than 1 year will be treated as 1 year. - This Warranty applies to the repaired or replaced mattresses and its warranty term starts on the delivery date of the original mattress.
- In case of product claim, Zeo-Sleep reserves the right of professional inspection of the mattress and final decision on claim validity.
The Warranty does not cover or is not valid for:
- Mattress that has been stored/ installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning method or cleaning products.
- Normal wear and tear, body impressions, cut or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- Damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc.
- Personal comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel, etc.
- Abnormal or non-domestic use of the mattress.
- Odour.
- Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws.
- Usage outside of Hong Kong.
Zeo Lite Mattress
3 Years Limited Warranty
Your new Zeo Lite mattress is covered by a 3-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery. This Warranty is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.

Pillow
1 Years Limited Warranty
We offer a limited warranty of 1 year for your pillow. Please refer to the following terms and conditions of protection:
- If pillows sag more than 2 cm or above and unable to resile, you will be eligible for warranty.
- If you file a valid claim under this warranty within 1 year of the delivery date, we will replace you with a brand new pillow.
- This Warranty applies to the replaced product and its warranty term starts on the delivery date of the original product.
- In case of product claim, Zeo-Sleep reserves the right of professional inspection of the product and final decision on claim validity.
The Warranty does not cover or is not valid for:
- Mattress that has been stored/ installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning method or cleaning products.
- Normal wear and tear, body impressions, cut or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents.

Zeo-Sleep Bed Frame
1 Years Limited Warranty
Your new Zeo-Sleep bed frame is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (the “Warranty”) from the date of delivery. This Warranty is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser who continues to be the current owner of the product.
- Warranty only covers bed frames with structural defects.
The Warranty does not cover or is not valid for:
- Bed frame that has been stored/ installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning method or cleaning products.
- Normal wear and tear, body impressions, cut or scratches, abnormal bending, damage caused by impacts or accidents.
- Damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc.
- Personal comfort preferences such as firmness, texture and feel, etc.
- Abnormal or non-domestic use of the bed frame.
- Odour.
- Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws.
- Usage outside of Hong Kong.
